The unique disposition kinetics of nanomedicine are not reflected in vitro. Therefore, extensive exploration is required to reverse-engineer such products. My research focuses on elucidating critical insights into the translation of nanomedicines from bench to bedside. This paves the way for the development of high-quality nanosimilars and advances the field of nanomedicine. By utilizing a model-conversed approach, I develop predictive assays and connect them with disposition kinetics to establish a performance safety margin for the translation of nanomedicine.
